It's just this simple We have a simple business policy: If you'e not 100% satisfied with our products, we will credit your account or refund your money. Just return the part to us in like-new condition within 14 days from the date of invoice, and we'll refund the full purchase price (except for return and original shipping charges, which aren't refundable). This includes manufacturers' defects on electrical parts. Exceptions to this policy are listed below.

Special Warranty Information
Used and Damaged Parts: Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% or refuse any exceptions. For defective parts, or those shipped in error, return shipping charges will be refunded in full. Remember, we cannot return products to our suppliers or re-sell them to other customers if you damage them when installing. Be careful.


Exhaust Pipes and Mufflers: There is no warranty on exhaust pipes and mufflers with regard to discoloration. Blueing or discoloration is caused by tuning characteristics, cam timing, carburetor jetting, overheating, and so forth, and is NOT caused by defective manufacturing. Once you have started your motorcycle, there is no refund on exhaust pipes and mufflers, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Gas Tanks: It is necessary to use a gas tank sealer with new gas tanks in order for your warranty to be valid. We strongly recommend that all gas tanks be fitted, pressure-tested and sealed BEFORE painting in order to eliminate potential problems. Seats/Saddlebags: Seats, once mounted, cannot be returned. Returned seats and saddlebags must be in like-new condition, with no evidence of wear or mount marks. We cannot re-sell a used seat or saddlebag to another customer, so please be careful before mounting your new seat or saddlebag to check fitment.

All purchases must be made on line. All of the products will be shipped as soon as possible. In most cases if the item is in stock it will be shipped the next business day. Not all items listed on this site or in our E-bay store are in current stock. Non-inventory items will normally ship in 4-7 business days. In the event of back ordered merchandise you will be notified and arrangements can be made.


We have many more products available than are currently listed. If you want something we do not have listed send us an e-mail and we will do our best to get it for you. Not only that, if you are the first to ask for it and we are able to pick it up for you we will sell it to you at COST plus Shipping. Just mention this paragraph.
